Creating Impact Through Purpose-Driven Programs

At the Afghan Empowerment Counseling Program, each project is designed with one goal in mind: to empower Afghan and minority students to succeed—academically, emotionally, and socially. From college prep and mental wellness to community health and research exposure, our projects are tailored to meet real needs and build brighter futures.

Academic Counseling for HS Students

Our cohort-based initiative guides high school students through their academic path. Trained counselors offer personalized advice and mentorship. The focus is on long-term academic planning and student growth.

Community Health & Advocacy

We organize health-focused events for San Diego’s Afghan community. These events aim to boost awareness and improve well-being. Our advocacy efforts ensure access to trusted health resources.

RMTL Program

In partnership with UCSD School of Pharmacy, students join the Research & Methodology Lab. The program introduces them to scientific research. It also sparks interest in future careers in health and science.

College Readiness & FAFSA

We offer hands-on FAFSA support for college-bound students. Guest speakers from various professions share real-world insights. The goal is to help students explore and plan their future careers.
